do it while the ground is frozen. know any tree guys who have an
informed opinion about how projects like this should go? our goal with
this blog is to provide first hand a counts of the project, and as
much background and contextual info as can be found. we're living with
this every day, and it's everyone's tax dollars at work. hope they're
being spent wisely.
