This is the new storm sewer on the SE corner of the bridge. The hole is

Daryl is poised to start ripping up some asphalt on the south side of
the bridge this morning. They moved the big yellow trailer and
generator to the north side, out of the way for the water line work.

4/6/10 New South Piling
Faux stone on both sides. Once the deck is built, this view will be
gone forever. This isn't a monumental bridge, but it's ours. Enjoy,
without having to venture in to the construction zone.

4/6/10 Update

The south piling is now built about as high as the water came in the floods of 2008.
They are using the debris from the deck as dam material to reroute the
water away from the construction. The creek is up a bit from normal
but not near flood stage. A good rising will make for construction
challenges...
